This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides information about the personal information that AFFIPERF (hereinafter referred to as “We” and/or “AFFIPERF” and/or “Us”) may: (i) collect and treat the personal information of AFFIPERF’s Website Users’ (hereinafter “Users” and/or “You”) and (ii) install cookies in order for AFFIPERF to understand how the Website is used by the Users.

AFFIPERF is the data controller of the personal data that We collect from You.


You do not provide Us with Your personal information by simply accessing the Website. Your personal information may be collected when you write an email to AFFIPERF, or by filling out a form on Our Website. AFFIPERF hereby reserves the right to register the content of the emails, and the email addresses collected. Personal information may also be collected when You accept to register to Our newsletter.

Furthermore, by accessing the Website, We may also collect information about Your computer, including where available Your IP address, operating system and browser type of Your computer, for system administration. This allows Us to improve Your browsing experience on Our Website. This information remains anonymous and does not specifically identify You.

AFFIPERF does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If We are made aware that We have received personally identifiable information from someone under the age of 13, We will use Our best efforts to remove such information from Our records.


We use Your information with the purposes to:

  • manage Your navigation through the Website (this only concerns Your computer information);
  • send You the newsletter, if You have subscribed to it;
  • provide You with the best answer to a request sent by email;

In compliance with the legislation, mainly the Information Technology and Liberties Law dated January 6th 1978, as modified by the August 6th2004 Law, You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete the personal information collected by Us. With Your express consent, We may disclose Your personal information to the entities of Our group indicated in section “Who we are” of the Website with the purposes indicated in each registration form included in the Website.

In limited circumstances We may pass Your Information to other third party organizations if We are under a duty to disclose or share Your Information to comply with any legal obligation, court decision or administrative decision. In no event AFFIPERF shall be responsible for disclosing personal information under these circumstances.


User’s personal information collected by AFFIPERF may be transferred and/or stored in a country outside the European Union (“EU”). The transfer and/or storage of the personal information outside the EU is done by AFFIPERF, in respect of any legislation in force by taking all reasonable security measures in order to guaranty Users’ personal information security and confidentiality, in compliance with this Privacy Policy.


Similar to other commercial websites, Our Website uses a technology called “cookies” and web server logs to collect information about how Our Website is used.

A cookie is a very small text document, which is stored in a specific part of Your hard drive when You visit a website. This Text file makes it possible to save different types of information related to Your browsing on the Internet, in order to re-use the information when the User comes back to the same website.

When providing Our services to Our clients, when We purchase in-app advertisements, We also use an Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) for iOS devices or Google Advertising ID (“AAID”) for Android devices. IDFA or AAID allows Us to identify a unique mobile device in order to track activity for advertising purposes, to provide end users with relevant and targeted advertising. In no case can We personally identify a User via IDFA or AAID, or collect any personal information via these technologies.


We use both first party and third party cookies.

We use “analytical” cookies, that identify Your internet browser and they allow to determine the number of visitors on the Website and to know which part of the website is most consulted. This helps Us to improve Our Website, and also the services provided to Users and also Our clients.

Cookies allow Us to recognize the Users, and to determine if they are “unique visitors”. This allows Us to adapt certain type of content to that specific visitor.

We use ‘session’ cookies which enable You to carry information across pages of the Website and avoid having to re-enter information. Session cookies enable us to compile statistics that help us to understand how the Website is being used and to improve its structure.

AFFIPERF’s cookies do not collect personal information. In no case AFFIPERF collects, or knows, via the cookies, Users’ personal information (names, surname, address, email address, phone number). AFFIPERF cannot, in any way, personally identify a User. The information collected via the cookies remains anonymous and does not allow AFFIPERF to identify Users.

The information collected by Our cookies is encrypted, and is only readable by Us, the information is entirely secure. The data stored by the cookie can only be stored for 90 days.

The anonymous information that was collected may, in some cases, be used to realize statistical analysis. In this case, the information will be stored on safe servers and will be automatically erased after 90 days.

Caution! When you choose to delete all cookies via Your browser, this is registered in a specific cookie that remembers Your choice. Purpose: utmz identifies the source of traffic to the website – so Google Analytics can tell site owners where visitors came from when arriving on the website (e.g. a search engine result, a direct link, or an ad that links to the site). It is used to calculate search engine traffic, ad campaigns and page navigation within a website. The cookie has a life span of 6 months and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

AFFIPERF implements a high standard of security, as required by law and professional standards (such as firewalls, data encryption, etc.) in order to protect the data that is collected by AFFIPERF. However, the transmission of information via the Internet is not entirely secure, whilst We will do Our best to protect Your Information, We cannot ensure the security of Your data during transit to Our Website. Any information You submit is sent at Your own risk. Once We have received Your Information We will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.


By using Our Website You consent to Our collection and use of certain data as described in this Privacy Policy.
