OBJECTIVE

Our goal was to increase in-target delivery, using a preroll format and a highly profiled and tailored whitelist.

DATA ACTIVATION

Data had a key role in reaching the planned target:

• 1 Strat with data with google demo targeting

• 2 Strats with PMP and google demo targeting

• 1 Strat with 3rd party data

• 2 Strats with PMP and 3rd party data

SOLUTION

We created a group of strategies for each of the targets and used two different DSPs to maximize performance.

 

Mediamath: 5 strategies

• Whitelist based strategies one mediamath: PMP with high-performing partners to reach kids and teens.

 

Doubleclick bid manager: 6 strategies

• 2nd party data targeting: Age targeting for 18-34 year olds

• 3rd party data targeting: Parents of kids and teenagers targeted with provider’s data

RESULTS

We achieved an outstanding CTR and VTR, and increased in-target delivery by +15%
• Delivery: 105% – 1,2M impressions

• CTR: 1,65% and constantly growing

          o 2,49% CTR on WL strategies

          o 1,3% CTR on data strategies

• VTR: 73% total (74% on data driven strategies)
